Venue

  • No, Guild Festival Theatre is happy to provide seating in the park this summer, we have an assortment of folding and plastic chairs both with and without armrests. If for any reason you would be more comfortable in your own seat you are welcome to bring your own chairs and we will accommodate you.

  • Guild Park is a beautiful venue and we welcome you to take pictures and videos of your friends and family enjoying the scenery before and after the show - don't forget to tag us on social media! However, once the performance begins there will be no photos or videos permitted.

  • No, with the exception of trained service animals, we do not allow pets of any kind into the performance space.

  • If you arrive late for a performance or have to leave for any reason, our front of house staff will assist you to a seat during a suitable break in the performance. We recommend arriving at the theatre at least thirty minutes before the performance time to find your seats and enjoy concessions available for purchase before the show.

 

Tickets

  • The Greek Theatre is a general admission venue and there is no assigned seating.

    Reserved seating is available for our donors at and above Sprout status.

    If you require accommodations for your seating placement, please contact our box office (boxoffice@guildfestivaltheatre.ca) and we will make arrangements for you

  • Yes, however we cannot guarantee how many tickets will be available at the theatre. We strongly encourage purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee your seats.

  • We encourage you to go paperless and bring your tickets on your mobile device.

  • Purchases of 6 or more tickets for any one show will automatically receive a 20% discount at checkout.

    If your group is larger than 20 people or requires specific accommodations, please reach out to boxoffice@guildfestivaltheatre.ca to discuss options with our Patron Services Manager.

  • Guild Festival Theatre does not provide refunds. Exchanges can be processed at a cost of $5 per ticket. Exchanges in the case of weather cancellations will not be subject to a fee (please see our Weather Policy for further information).   • To book your tickets using your pass, follow these steps:

    1. Locate your Voucher Code which is in your confirmation of purchase email

    2. Go to our online box office, choose the performance you would like to see and add the tickets for your desired performance date to your cart

    3. Input your Voucher Code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field and check out.

    4. Repeat for each of your desired performances (ex. In a pick 2 package, repeat this process 2 times).

  • If you need to re-send your ticket confirmation, go to GFT’s online box office, and at the bottom of the purchase page there is a button to re-send your ticket confirmation, all you will need to do is enter the email address you used to purchase your ticket.   • To redeem your Pick 2 Pass, make a new order of tickets for your desired show and input the code you received in your confirmation email into the Coupon code box. One code can apply to one ticket per show. If you need assistance, please contact boxoffice@guildfestivaltheatre.ca with your information and desired show dates

 

Accessibility

  • Guild Park and Gardens has a public washroom trailer. It is a short distance from the theatre and requires steps. Accessible washrooms are available at the Clark Centre for the Arts during its regular business hours and at the Guild Inn Estates.

  • Our venue is a public park with mixed terrain from the parking lot to the audience area. It is wheelchair accessible and people using a variety of assistive devices have attended shows. If you anticipate a need for additional access support or need more information, please contact our box office: boxoffice@guildfestivaltheatre.ca

  • Guild Festival Theatre has a limited number of assistive listening devices available at our front of house station. Please ask a front of house representative for details.

 

Weather Policy

In the event that rain or extreme weather interferes with performance proceedings, the show may be paused or cancelled in order to ensure the health and safety of the audience and company members.

If the weather forecast predicts rain or inclement weather on the date of a performance for which you have purchased tickets, please make sure to monitor your inboxes and social media as a decision will be made close to the show start time as to whether or not the performance will proceed. If you do not see any rain or inclement weather notice from GFT, please attend the show as usual.

In case of inclement weather during a performance (including, but not limited to rain or extreme heat), Guild Festival Theatre staff will announce that the show will be paused or, in extreme cases, cancelled. Our team will be keeping track of any oncoming storms and will do our very best to anticipate these situations in advance in order to avoid mid-show cancellations.

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds issued in the case of cancellation. In the event that a performance is cancelled or compromised due to inclement weather or any other unforeseeable circumstance, we will offer ticket holders the opportunity to rebook for another performance.

 

Shop Policies

  • At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges but we do want to assure you that we inspect all our products thoroughly and we are excited to share them with you!

  • No, due to the nature of our small business, we are not able to offer free shipping however we do have a lower cost drop off option that we are happy to be able to provide.

  • At this time, we do not offer tracked shipping, so it will be dependent on Canada Post.

    Local Delivery can usually have a 72hr turnaround time.

  • To reduce our carbon footprint, we have decided to use recycled packaging so please do not be alarmed if the package does not match our branding. We have inspected all our products with a great attention and care.
