Reporting to the Board of Directors and working in close partnership with the General Manager, the Artistic Director will oversee GFT’s creative mandate and play a central role in driving the company’s continued growth as a cultural hub in Scarborough. Permanent Position.
Reporting to the General Manager and working in close partnership with the Artistic Director, the Director of Production is a senior leadership role responsible for the financial, technical, and operational delivery of GFT’s 2026 summer season at Guild Park & Gardens. Seasonal Position.
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant will support Guild Festival Theatre’s executive staff in the execution of GFT’s 2026 summer season. This is a hybrid role requiring the assistant to work regularly on site in Guild Park & Gardens. Seasonal Position.
The Assistant Director of Production will work directly with the Director of Production to support the planning and delivery of the technical elements required for Guild Festival Theatre’s 2026 summer season. Seasonal Position.
The Production Assistants will support GFT's production team in the delivery of technical and production elements needed for the 2026 summer season. Seasonal Position, 3 Positions Available.
The Patron Services Manager will lead the planning and delivery of Guild Festival Theatre’s patron experience for the 2026 season, ensuring GFT’s patrons consistently receive the highest standard of customer service. Seasonal Position.
The Front of House Supervisor will work closely with the Patron Services Manager to lead Guild Festival Theatre’s patron services team and ensure GFT’s patrons consistently receive the highest standard of customer service. Seasonal Position.
Ambassadors will be responsible for delivering excellent service to patrons and GFT community members. The Ambassadors will work with the Patron Services team to ensure the safety and comfort of Guild Festival Theatre’s patrons while they attend performances. Seasonal Position, 2 positions available.

Since 2011, Guild Festival Theatre has produced professional theatre in the unique outdoor setting of Guild Park & Gardens in Scarborough. Each summer, thousands of audience members attend our productions, festivals, and special events and our programming continues to build Scarborough’s profile as a thriving arts destination.
GFT operates with a year-round staff of five, including part-time and contract employees. During the summer season, the Artistic Director oversees a team of up to 20 seasonal staff and contracts up to 50 artists, making this role essential to the smooth and successful delivery of GFT’s programming.
