Enjoy your commute with a fun, free theatrical experience on your way to the park!

Inspired by last year’s popular Discovery Drive, Theatre in Transit is a FREE shuttle for GFT ticket holders that runs from the Kennedy TTC and Guildwood GO stations to Guild Park & Gardens. While on the bus, get ready to experience that evening’s play through an immersive live performance in the theme of The 39 Steps or Heratio, with unique surprises in store.

How it Works 

You must have an existing booking for a Guild Festival Theatre performance for the same day that you are booking Theatre in Transit.

There are two trips available each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from July 18 to August 24th:

• Kennedy Station Passenger Pick Up and Drop Off, Departing at:

  • 6:30 PM on Fridays & Saturdays

  • 4:30PM on all Sundays except Sunday, July 27th which departs at 6:30PM

• Guildwood GO Station, Westlake Road Parking Lot, Departing at:

  • 7:00 PM on Fridays & Saturdays

  • 5:00PM on all Sundays except Sunday, July 27th which departs at 7:00PM

The week of your trip, you will receive an email with directions to the pickup location, a description of the bus and and other important details.

In the event that you are not booked for a GFT show, or you exchange your booking for another performance date, your Theatre in Transit ticket will be cancelled to allow other patrons to make use of that slot.
