Guild Festival Theatre (GFT) invites applications for the position of General Manager. Reporting to the Board of Directors and working in close partnership with the Co-Artistic Directors, the General Manager will oversee the administrative and financial operations of the company and play a central role in its continued growth.
This is a leadership position requiring strong financial literacy, fundraising expertise, and organizational management skills. The successful candidate will provide the operational leadership necessary for GFT to deliver its expanding artistic programming and strengthen its role as a hub of the Scarborough arts community.
