Your Yoga Instructor: Alison

Alison is a 600+ hour certified yoga instructor dedicated to creating healing and accessible spaces for all. With trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Pre & Postnatal Yoga, she also weaves in the energetic healing of Reiki and Crystal Bowl sound therapy to encourage deeper self-connection and nervous system balance.

Alison's classes are crafted with care, offering modifications, supportive language, and a focus on breath-led movement. Her teaching philosophy centers on self-awareness and embodiment, guiding students to slow down, listen inward, and build trust in themselves through consistent practice.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen your connection, Alison’s approach is one of compassion, calm, and quiet strength. She sees yoga not only as a physical practice, but as a path toward emotional resilience, inner healing and peace.

Through mindful sequencing, breathwork, and moments of stillness, Alison offers an invitation to come home to yourself—one breath at a time.
