JENNIFER GRADO, VICE CHAIR

Jennifer Grado is a customer experience and operations leader who is passionate about helping organizations create meaningful connections with the people they serve. Throughout her career, she has led transformational initiatives focused on service excellence, strategy, innovation, and community engagement.

Jennifer brings extensive experience in leadership, relationship building, and organizational change. She is especially interested in fostering collaboration, developing people, and supporting initiatives that create positive and lasting impact.

Jennifer's connection to the arts began at home, where creativity and cultural experiences were an important part of family life. Today, she and her family can often be found attending dance performances, theatre productions, and visual arts exhibitions, inspired in part by her son's pursuit of dance. She is honoured to support Guild Festival Theatre's work in bringing artists, audiences, and communities together through Canadian storytelling.

Based in Toronto, Jennifer is passionate about leadership development and mentorship. She believes theatre has a unique ability to bring people together, foster understanding, and strengthen the communities we call home.
